When the last time I went to Las Vegas, many outdoor malls and many shopping center parking lots had such high places that seemed to light poles, but they were spraying the cold air and water. Do you have an official name, and I will be able to find pictures of them on the Internet? Thank you.

They are called gentlemen. They work well in hot dry climates such as Las Vegas. Do not work at all in wet weather.
