I have to buy a standard 3 "neck after a post lantern attached to a lamp post. Where can I find this part?

The county passed this winter snow removal and ice flying from the plow hit one of my lamps, breaking the 3 "collar attached flashlight for the job. The flashlight is fine, but I have to replace the neck. I would avoid buying a new lantern just to replace a $ 3 or part of $ 4.
