Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was one of the two founders of the Theosophical Society. His profound knowledge and insight of the Teachings Wisdom from around the world, his writing and his talent made him a leading figure in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. His masterpiece was The Secret Doctrine. This volume contains edifying quotations from the writings of Madame Blavatsky for each day of the year. Which offers inspiration for deeper study and meditation the mysteries of life.

89. The theory of the Rosicrucians, the whole universe is a musical instrument, is the Pythagorean doctrine of the music of the spheres. The sounds and colors are all spiritual issues, as the seven prismatic rays proceed from a place in heaven, and the seven powers of nature, each a number, are the seven radiations of the Unity, the central spiritual sun.
90. To become conscious of itself same, Spirit must pass through every cycle of being, culminating in its highest point on earth in man. Spirit itself is an unconscious negative abstraction.
